"Refund and Return Terms"
1. Conditions for refund or exchange:
* If there are serious quality problems with the customized product or it is received incorrectly and affects normal use, the customer has the right to apply for a refund or exchange.
* Before the start of customized production, if the customer cancels the order due to their own reasons, they can apply for a refund. Generally, if they contact us within 48 hours after placing the order, they can apply for a refund. If it is more than 48 hours and the product has already started production, we will charge 30% of the order amount and refund the remaining amount to the customer.
* If the customer has contacted us and requires delivery to arrive as stipulated, and we have promised that it can be achieved but fails to do so, affecting the customer's use, they can apply for a refund.
* Before placing the order, please carefully check the size chart. If it does not match the size chart after receipt, a refund or exchange can be accepted. If the customer orders the wrong size due to their own reasons, the responsibility is borne by the customer themselves. If there are doubts about the size chart, try to contact us before placing the order to avoid size issues.
2. Conditions for return:
* Only when the customized product seriously does not match the customer's requirements, can a return or exchange be applied for.
* If the customer does not like the goods received or for other reasons that are not our problem and wants to return, since it is a customized product and we cannot resell it, we accept the return and refund. After deducting the relevant customized costs and handling fees, a refund will be made proportionally. Generally, 30% of the order fee is charged, and the customer needs to send the goods to the designated location by us, and the freight is borne by the customer.
3. Application deadline:
* The customer needs to submit a refund or return application within [7] days after discovering the problem or having relevant needs.
4. Processing procedures:
* We will review after receiving the application, and those that meet the conditions will handle the refund or return procedures as soon as possible.
* The refund will be returned according to the original payment path, and the returned product needs to remain intact.
5. Deduction of customized fees:
* If the return is caused by the customer's reasons, the corresponding customized fees will be deducted according to the customized progress. Generally, 30% of the order fee is charged, and the customer needs to send the goods to the designated location by us, and the freight is borne by the customer.
* After the start of customized production, if the customer cancels the order due to their own reasons, we will charge 30% of the order amount and refund the remaining amount to the customer.
6. Special situation instructions:
* In case of special situations such as force majeure, the refund and return matters will be negotiated and handled according to the actual situation.
