"Transportation Terms"

Note:
Receiving time = Production time + Transportation time.

Due to customized products, generally we handle orders within 5-6 working days.

For non-customized products, they will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Standard transportation time: 7-10 working days, except for remote areas.

Expedited transportation time: 3-5 working days, except for remote areas, with an additional 3-5 days.

1.Transportation method: We will select the appropriate transportation method according to the product characteristics and customer needs.

We provide standard transportation and expedited transportation methods:

The standard transportation cooperative logistics are 4PX, YUNEXPRESS, Yanwen, and USPS. They are the official cooperative carriers of Amazon, ensuring the receipt rate and timeliness.

The expedited transportation cooperative logistics are DHL, FEDX, and UPS. They are also the official cooperative carriers of Amazon, ensuring the receipt rate and timeliness.

2.Transportation time:

The standard transportation time is expected to be delivered within [7-10] working days after the order is confirmed, except for remote areas where the approximate time is within 30 days.

The expedited transportation time is expected to be delivered within [3-5] working days after the order is confirmed. For remote areas, it will generally be delayed by 3-5 days.

However, the transportation time may change due to factors such as force majeure.

3.Delivery location: The product will be delivered to the delivery location specified by the customer. The location should be as complete and effective as possible to avoid failed delivery.

4.Tracking information: We will provide transportation tracking information so that the customer can understand the transportation status of the goods at any time.

5.Liability attribution: During the transportation process, if the goods are damaged or lost due to the reason of the transportation company, we will assist the customer to negotiate with the transportation company for a solution.
The liability will be borne by us.

6.Special situation handling: In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters affecting transportation, we will promptly notify the customer and negotiate a solution.
